The company was founded in 2005 with a total investment of about 200 million yuan, covering an area of more than 80,000 square meters and a registered capital of 100 million yuan. It is one of the earliest enterprises engaged in the professional production of aluminum veneer in northern China. The company is located in the blue economic zone of Shandong Peninsula, adjacent to Qingdao in the south, Yantai and Weihai in the East and Weifang in the West; it is located in the export-oriented industrial park of LaiyangEconomic and Technological Development Zone in Yantai city and close to 204 national highway, with superior geographical location, convenient transportation and well-developed logistics.
The company has more than 300 employees, among which 30% have college degree or above. The technical team is composed of experienced, diligent and dedicated personnel who have participated in the design and construction of large curtain wall at home and abroad. The company mainly has large-scale sheet metal processing workshop, spraying paint workshop, warehouse, paint toning center, testing center and other facilities. Sheet metal workshop has more than 30 sets of advanced CNC equipment, including large CNC machining center, CNC turret punch, CNC engraving machine, CNC bending machine, high-end argon arc welding machine and other equipment.Annual output of sheet metal can reach one million square meters. The spraying workshop has one large-scale automatic computer numerical control spraying assembly line that is at the leading level in China, with an annual spraying capacity of 1.2 million square meters and can spray a variety of coatings, like, enamel paint, fluorocarbon paint, water-based paint, real stone paint, powder, etc.; one heat transfer production line which can produce aluminum veneers of various patterns such as graining and marbleizing.
The company has passed GB/T24001-2016/ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System Certification, GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS 18001:2007 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification and GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certification.
